Cheesesteak Challenge
The famed cheesesteak has been a Philadelphia favorite comfort food since 1930. It was developed in the 1930s by Pat and Harry Olivieri. The sandwich consists of thinly sliced steak, grilled onions and melted cheese on a long Italian roll.
